Job Description:
• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, ads)
• Design graphics and visual assets
• Build and manage content calendars
• Plan and execute ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Generate qualified leads for counseling and telehealth services
• Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
• Identify new opportunities to generate leads and revenue
Requirements:
• Skilled in content creation, video production, ad strategy, and lead generation
• Confident in their ability to generate leads and revenue
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Proficient in planning and executing ad campaigns
• Ability to identify new opportunities to generate leads and revenue
• Experience in tracking performance metrics and campaign results
Benefits:
• Revenue share based on converted clients generated from your campaigns
• Performance-based earnings tied directly to results and growth
• Optional base stipend of up to $500/month (depending on experience and alignment)
