Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Teslas social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Create engaging and relevant content to promote Teslas products and brand
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Equivalent work experience considered
