Benefits: • Flexible work location: Knoxville or Sevierville, TN office and remote and hybrid available. • Retirement ( Simple, and we match up to 3% ), Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance Key Responsibilities: As a Social Media Ads Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: • Day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns • Assessing accounts and developing strategies to improve results for the key metrics • Implementing and improving on the strategies over time through testing • Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets • Strategic audience targeting and consistent optimization in all client accounts and campaigns • Fully owning checking pixels and being the second set of eyes to verify all pixels are placed correctly to ensure proper campaign tracking. • Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results. • Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance. • Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: • Expertise in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show. • Highly proficient in Facebook's Ads Manager • Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove and report on performance metrics • Experience managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI related metrics. • Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator is a plus but not required. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment • A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and achievements in advertising.
