Social Manager, Community Management
Who you are:
You're an extremely online trend-seeker and meme enthusiast with a passion for internet culture and short-form writing. You'll act as the eyes, ears and voice of a brand through its owned social channels.
What you'll do:
ā¢ Monitor, assess and respond to social media mentions, replies and comments
ā¢ Write short-form content that embodies the brand's voice, and support the development and evolution of that voice over time
ā¢ Keep a pulse on current events, online trends and potential controversies or threats relevant to the brand
ā¢ Create and manage social media content calendars
ā¢ Plan and execute social media campaigns, including user-generated content (UGC), influencer programs and real-time activations
What you'll need:
ā¢ 1-3 years of social marketing experience
ā¢ Experience working independently and ability to move projects forward without detailed direction
ā¢ Understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others
ā¢ Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
ā¢ Experience working in Sprinklr
