Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coach Program Coordinator (10 month)

CHADS Coalition for Mental Health is dedicated to enhancing the emotional well-being of youth through various evidence-based programs. The Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Coach Program Coordinator will oversee the recruitment and training of coaches, provide mentoring to students, and support schools in implementing SEL services. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of Social Emotional Learning Coaches Provide individual/small group (in person or virtual) mentoring to students through CHADS Coalition's SEL curriculum 2 days a week Provide direct support to schools utilizing SEL Coach services, including meeting with school personnel throughout the school year Assist in the oversight of the SEL Coach program; this includes marketing, implementation, and continued development Assist in the development and presentation of Professional Development sessions for school personnel Utilize Continuous Quality Improvement to ensure all SEL Coach services are implemented to fidelity and meet highest quality standards Encourage, support, and guide new innovative ideas and program development that support Social and Emotional Wellness Promote SOS, CHADS’ Family Support services, and the Social and Emotional Wellbeing Program to school administrators, faculty, and students as needed Maintain 20% impactful hours Any task assigned by the SEW Program Manager Skills Master's degree in education or counseling or similar degree Minimum of bachelor's degree in education or counseling degree with 1-3 years' experience Experience in promoting social and emotional learning Experience in program development, oversight and growth Management or supervisor experience with the ability to inform, engage, and inspire staff and community Stakeholders Knowledge and compassion regarding suicide and bullying prevention Strong verbal and written communications skills Team-player attitude and ability to understand and effectively share the CHADS' mission Desire to work in an environment of measurable accountability Must be comfortable using computer applications and proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite and live video conferencing This position requires access to reliable transportation Benefits Maternity Leave (6 weeks paid) Summers Off Bonus Opportunities Company Paid Life, LTD and AD&D Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 10 Paid Holidays 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Training & development Vision insurance Company Overview CHADS Coalition for Mental Health's mission is to advance the knowledge and prevention of adolescent depression and suicide through awareness, education, family support and research.
