About the position The SOC/Incident Response Analyst position at Randstad Digital involves supporting low complexity initiatives within Information Security Analysis. The role focuses on incident handling, investigations, and utilizing tools such as SIEM, SOAR, and EDR. This is a contract position based in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities • Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Information Security Analysis. • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables. • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters. • Provide information to client personnel in Information Security Analysis. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related field. • 6+ months of Information Security Analysis experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Cyber Security Incident Response. • Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR tools.
