SOC Analyst (Google Security Command Center) - REMOTE

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Actively monitor and investigate security alerts to detect malicious activity in a 24/7 security operations center (SOC)
Perform Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK analysis on incoming security alerts
Follow procedures to triage and respond to malicious activity, including escalation or remediation actions
Communicate and collaborate with clients throughout the lifecycle of escalated security investigations
Stay up-to-date on the latest vulnerabilities, threats, and attacks globally
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with network and endpoint security principles, current threats, and attack trends
One or more Cybersecurity certifications
Experience with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) platforms, specifically Google Security Command Center
Excellent written and oral communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Endpoint Protection platforms such as CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, SentinelOne, or Cybereason
Willingness to learn and continually improve skills
