SMB Agent Product Research Intern
The SMB Agent Product Research Intern supports the development of AI-driven solutions for small business clients by combining market research, product design, and early-stage implementation. This role focuses on understanding how emerging customer segments (particularly Gen Z) discover and engage with local service businesses, and translating those insights into actionable product strategies.
The intern conducts primary research, develops product requirements for new AI-powered service agents, and contributes to the prioritization and early build of select solutions. Working cross-functionally with operations and technical teams, the role bridges market insights with product development to help shape future service offerings.
Success in this role includes delivering research-backed playbooks, contributing to product specifications, supporting prototype development, and presenting a final strategic recommendation that informs the organization’s direction.
