Small Cell RF Engineer
Looking for an Small Cell RF Engineer (Remote)- Must be in the USA

Key Responsibilities:
- Support NCIF (Node Configuration Information File) creation
- Review proposal designs with financial acumen and understanding of fiber scope
- Lead in-building DOT (radio) deployments including COP review and RSRP coverage analysis
- Manage market/vendor design intakes, inquiries, and coverage analysis
- Create and manage RFDS documents
- Work cross-functionally with market RF teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Previous experience deploying small cells (as Construction Manager or Project Manager)
- Familiarity with Extenet or Crown Castle fiber/small cell orgs
- Strong understanding of RF propagation and design principles
- Hands-on experience with Atoll
- T-Mobile experience preferred (especially Metro by T-Mobile)
