Slack Collaboration Architect @ Remote work Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Role Overview: We are seeking a Slack Collaboration Architect to design, implement, and optimize Slack as a collaboration platform across the organization. The consultant will work with business and IT teams to streamline workflows, integrate apps, and ensure best practices for governance, security, and adoption. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize Slack as a collaboration platform across the organization. • Configure, customize, and administer Slack workspaces. • Integrate Slack with enterprise apps (Salesforce, Google Workspace, O365, etc.). • Develop automation, workflows, and bots to enhance productivity. • Define governance, security, and compliance policies. • Train users and drive adoption across teams. Requirements: • 10 years of experience in collaboration tools; 5+ years hands-on with Slack. • Strong knowledge of Slack APIs, workflows, and app integrations. • Experience with enterprise security, compliance, and governance in Slack. • Ability to partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Slack solutions.
