SiteCore PM (Contract)

CoreFactor is searching for a Project Manager on a contract basis for a client in the GTA. This position is fully remote and can be located anywhere within Canada or USA. The Project Manager will run the day-to-day operations as well as manage the complexity of a large-scale platform migration. The Role: Day to day operations:Organized and detail-oriented, with strong documentation habitsConfidence in running Scrum ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesStrong Agile project delivery management experienceStrong knowledge of ADO:Ability to keep Sprints up to date, coordinating with product managers, engineering and QAAssist Lead Product Manager in managing and maintaining the ADO board so priorities, status, blockers, and ownership are always clearExperience working in a fast-moving digital product or web delivery environmentComfortable coordinating with product managers, developers, QA, marketing team and business stakeholdersComfortable working with global and regional teamsSitecore AI Migration ProjectStrong knowledge/ experience using Microsoft Project, or similar project management toolsKeeps project documentation organized and easy to referenceStrong status reporting skills for both working teams and leadershipAbility to identify project risks early and escalate appropriatelyStrong meeting facilitation skills that keep discussions focused and productiveAbility to take clear, concise meeting minutes with actions, owners, and due datesCaptures decisions, risks, blockers, and follow-ups during meetings and ensures they are tracked through to completionHelps to prepare meeting agendas and keeps meetings structured, focused, and outcome-drivenSends clear post-meeting summaries with next steps and accountabilityExperience managing complex enterprise website migration projects with multiple workstreamsThe migration project will have multiple “sub-projects” which will all fed into the master project planAble to bring structure where scope, ownership, or deliverables are still evolvingExperience with maintains logs such as RAID logs and decision logs, so nothing gets lost across product, engineering, marketing, consultants , and business stakeholdersAbility to help connect product priorities to delivery sequencing so engineering is building in the right order Nice to have/ Ideal extrasComfortable working closely with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
