Site Supervisor (Hybrid/Remote)

They are currently looking for a Field Supervisor who will lead teams and ensure safety and quality throughout various projects.ResponsibilitiesRecognize safety concerns and enforce corrective measuresDemonstrate knowledge of industry standardsHighly motivated & proactive problem identification and provide solutions to job-related itemsWork with project team to provide planning of and implementation of successful project(s) from start to completionProvide leadership to field crews, subcontractors, and other partiesWork closely with audit and design team to complete quality audits and assist with designsAssist in completing design layouts and drawings using design software as neededParticipate in pre and post project meetings regarding all facets of the project from conception to audit to design to installation to completionEnsure that safety, quality, training, employee engagement, and retention are a prime focusPerform field inspections, attend pre-installation meetings and work in the field with the teamReview project progress with Project Manager to ensure that deadlines are metComplete job-related reports & inspections; daily, safety and distribute accordinglyWork with the Project Manager to schedule teams daily based on the project schedule/timelineCoordinate and receive material deliveries as indicated on the project scheduleMeet with and interact with on-site customer contacts, install teams, and other project representatives as needed to discuss project(s)Work closely with Project Management team to support workflow from field crew to office staffComply with all company policies and proceduresExercise competent judgement and initiative in executing responsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair on job sites, as neededReport any possible delays and/ or quality issues to the project managerSkills1-2 years of Construction Supervisor experienceMust be willing to travelMust maintain a valid Driver's LicenseAbility to successfully pass a background check and drug screenAbility to manage and schedule our crew or subcontractorsEnforce OSHA and other specific safety requirements on project siteReview installed product with emphasis on quality controlHighly motivated with knowledge on multiple facets of constructionExceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizeExperience with Microsoft Office and other reporting softwareAbility to read, interpret and understand blueprints and shop drawingsWilling to expand your knowledge, be challenged and grow in a dynamic and upward trending environmentCompany OverviewUSIlluminations specializes in energy-efficient and energy-management solutions.
