Site Launch Project Manager (Contingent)
Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team responsible for overseeing the finalization and implementation of grocery components in various building launches. As a key member of the Grocery Program team, you will work closely with 3rd party vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects, including retrofitting existing buildings. This role involves monitoring vendors, coordinating installation activities, and ensuring a seamless transition to operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee 3rd party vendors in the installation of racking and other components
• Coordinate teams for tasks such as taping, hanging signs, and finishing touches
• Work with various vendors on smaller projects as needed
• Communicate effectively with vendor managers to address any issues or delays
Skills:
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in vendor management and relationship management
• Strong timeline management skills
• Experience with program or store front launches
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Certification in project management is a plus
