Sign On Bonus Lead BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid/Remote
About the position
Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a Lead BCBA with advanced clinical skills, reliability, and leadership potential. This role is for an ABA expert who is looking to share their expertise with a team of RBTs and other BCBAs. The position offers a hybrid schedule and a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
ā¢ Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
ā¢ Work with children ages 2ā18, most under age 6.
ā¢ Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
ā¢ Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
ā¢ Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
ā¢ Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
ā¢ Mentor and support other BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows.
ā¢ Develop management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
ā¢ Participate in program development, quality improvement, and organizational projects (e.g., Pilot projects, Research projects, Poster presentations for internal and external conferences).
ā¢ Influence clinic-wide practices, treatment quality, and outcomes beyond an individual caseload.
ā¢ Prepare for future roles such as Clinical Supervisor, Clinic Director, or Support Center Clinical Development roles.
Requirements
ā¢ Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
ā¢ State Licensure where required.
ā¢ 3 years of experience in ABA field.
ā¢ 2 years of experience with BCBA license.
ā¢ ABA experience.
ā¢ Strong communication skills.
ā¢ Ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
ā¢ Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
