Short term rental and Airbnb listings set up
I’m looking for a results-driven rental marketing expert to help me maximize occupancy and revenue from my single-family property currently listed on Airbnb. Your goal will be to fully optimize the listing, enhance visual appeal, and expand its reach across all major rental platforms—covering short-term, mid-term, and long-term rental markets.
Scope of Work:
• Optimize existing Airbnb listing: Improve SEO, description, title, pricing strategy, and guest communication templates.
• Coordinate or advise on professional-level photo enhancements: Either edit current photos or guide/coordinate a professional photo shoot to better showcase the home.
• List the property across multiple platforms:
• Short-term: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Houfy
• Mid-term: Furnished Finder, Kopa, Anyplace, Blueground
• Long-term: Zillow, Zumper, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Realtor.com, etc.
• Ensure platform-specific optimization for visibility and compliance with listing standards.
• Implement or suggest dynamic pricing tools or strategies (e.g., PriceLabs, Wheelhouse).
• Provide a plan or setup for availability calendar sync and guest management tools (optional, but a plus).
• Recommend or set up automation tools for messaging, reviews, and guest experience enhancements.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Proven experience in optimizing rental property listings (Airbnb Superhost or experience managing multiple listings preferred).
• Strong understanding of rental platform algorithms, SEO, and pricing optimization.
• Graphic design or photo editing skills OR access to a network of photo professionals.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with tools like Hostaway, Hospitable, PriceLabs, or comparable.
• Familiarity with U.S. rental markets and regulations.
Deliverable:
A fully optimized and visually compelling set of listings across all relevant platforms that can attract bookings and drive income across short-, mid-, and long-term rental audiences.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Remote (property is based in [insert city/state if you’d like])
Duration: Project-based with option for ongoing listing management if results are strong.
