This is a pipeline position. You apply once, we match you to live opportunities as they come up. Typical time from pipeline to placement: 4ā8 weeks.
What you'll be doing
ā¢ Claims handling - processing and managing STI claims from registration through to settlement across commercial lines
ā¢ Underwriting & portfolio - new business, renewals, endorsements, risk assessment and premium adjustments
ā¢ Client & broker engagement - professional communication with brokers, clients and insurers, relationship-first
ā¢ Compliance & administration - accurate records, regulatory alignment, invoicing and documentation
What we need from you
ā¢ Matric essential Ā· degree or diploma advantageous
ā¢ FAIS compliant
ā¢ Minimum 2 years' experience in short-term insurance - claims, underwriting, or both
ā¢ Confident communicator - strong written and spoken English
ā¢ Comfortable working UK or Australian business hours
ā¢ Reliable fibre at home - minimum 50/50 Mbps
ā¢ South African citizen, currently based in South Africa
