Shopify Website Maintenance and Product Management
I am seeking a reliable professional to assist in the ongoing maintenance of our Shopify website. Responsibilities include managing the back office, SEO integration set up, updating product information and descriptions, and ensuring seamless connections to other platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience with Shopify tiktok and Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and SnapChat Google/YouTube and a keen eye for detail. If you are proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of e-commerce, we would love to hear from you! Scope of Work: 1. SEO & Search Visibility (Including AI Search Engines): - Optimize product listings and metadata for visibility in Google, Bing, and AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT. - Ensure my store and products are easily discoverable through relevant keywords, structured data, and best SEO practices. 2. TikTok Shop (CJ Dropshipping Integration): - Resolve issues when adding products from CJ Dropshipping to TikTok Shop — particularly around product descriptions or formatting that may be causing errors or rejections. - Ensure all listings meet TikTok’s compliance and content standards. 3. Facebook & Instagram Store Troubleshooting: - Fix issues preventing the store icon and product catalog from displaying properly on Facebook and Instagram Shops. - Verify that Meta Business Suite is correctly synced and that product feeds are functioning as expected. 4. Platform Sync & Optimization: - Confirm all platform connections (TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) are active and functioning. - Provide guidance or hands-on support to ensure product visibility, tagging, and catalog updates are consistent across all channels. ✅ Ideal Candidate: - Experience with e-commerce SEO and social commerce integrations. - Familiarity with TikTok Shop, CJ Dropshipping, and Meta Business Suite. - Understanding of how AI search engines (like ChatGPT) index and surface e-commerce content. - Strong troubleshooting skills for catalog syncing, product feed errors, and visibility issues.
