Shopify Developer (AI / Vibe Coding Experience) – Finish Shopify Site Migration

I’m looking for a Shopify developer with experience using AI tools (Claude Code / vibe coding workflows) to help finish a website migration from Squarespace to Shopify.

The foundation of the site is already built. I’ve installed a free Shopify theme and customized it using Claude AI, and the site is roughly 70% complete. I need an experienced developer who can help bring the project across the finish line.

Scope of Work

Phase 1 – Finish Theme Customization (5–10 hours estimated)

• Finalize layout and structure of key pages

• Refine the visual direction of the site

• Implement styling adjustments via CSS / style sheets

• Ensure the theme is clean, responsive, and visually consistent

• Work collaboratively with me while I continue using AI tools (Claude Code)

Phase 2 – Content Migration

• Help recreate pages from the existing Squarespace site

• Copy/paste and format existing content into Shopify pages and blog posts

• Set up enough pages and content to prepare the site for launch

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Shopify development experience

• Comfortable editing themes, Liquid templates, and CSS

• Experience working with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)

• Detail-oriented with an eye for layout and visual polish

• Comfortable collaborating with a creative director during development

Logistics

• Estimated initial work: 5–10 hours to complete theme and layout

• Additional hours possible for page migration and future improvements

• Must be available during USA daytime hours, as I will be working closely with you in real time.

Goal

Launch a clean, polished Shopify site quickly using the existing foundation that’s already been built.
