Shopify Developer

We are looking for passionate Shopify Developer, who is interested in working with talented team members, exciting clients and growing a Shopify practice. We're looking for folks that share the same vision of helping clients solve problems. We have been in business for 15 years and have helped clients build, support and maintain their ecom sites. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Being a resident Shopify expert (we have alot of clients that need to maintained and new projects too) • Working with UX and designers to produce tight, forward-thinking, responsive and scalable front-end experiences (you know what’s up) • Building out custom Shopify themes and modifying pre-existing themes depending on the scope of the project. (easy stuff and harder stuff) • Working with Project Management to scope new functionality requests and supporting Sales to scope new projects ( we ask for your opinion and thoughts) • Really want to do web development or programming. (Do you care enough and want to help?) • Ability to move between customer projects, understand business needs that drive features and be consultative throughout. (Can you put out fires, like FIRES) • A great team player - we want to work with positive-minded people • Strong worth ethic and attention to detail • Willing to learn • Own it so we can work on other projects REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 2+ years experience working within the Shopify/ Shopify Plus platform (if you have 18 months let us know we might let that slide) • 2+ years working with modern technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3 experience • 2+ years experience working with Liquid, JavaScript, jQuery and AJAX as necessary • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming or similar field (nice but if you are just super smart who cares about a degree) • Superb troubleshooting and debugging skill (please push code that works) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
