Shopify Conversion & Growth Strategist (Performance Incentive Included) - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for a results-focused professional to help identify why my website is not converting and implement improvements that drive consistent, long-term sales. This is a fixed-price project focused on diagnosis, conversion optimization, and strategic improvements — not ongoing management or surface-level tweaks. Scope of Work Review the website to identify conversion blockers Evaluate user flow, messaging, and overall on-site experience Assess traffic quality and user intent (high-level) Recommend and/or implement high-impact conversion improvements Provide a clear, prioritized roadmap for long-term optimization Performance Incentive In addition to the fixed fee, this role includes 10% commission on sales during the performance period, increasing to 15% if agreed conversion benchmarks are exceeded. This structure is designed to reward real, measurable results — the more the site performs, the more you earn.
