Shipping Admin - 3rd Shift

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Shipping Clerk in Pontiac, MI. Weekly pay starting at $18 per hour with competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and more. This is a full-time onsite opportunity on 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM)-a great chance to join a dependable and fast-paced team!As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for recording shipping and receiving information and performing hands-on inventory control tasks. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is required-just bring your accuracy and motivation to learn! This will occasionally require the moving of boxes and product but focused on data entry. Responsibilities:Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into an inventory management system with 100% accuracyPerform data entry and administrative functions using established computer programsProcess shipping and receiving documents; input information from bills of ladingDispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selectionFile and manage claims for misdirected parts; update claim information in the systemConduct quality control checks to ensure supplier complianceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentClerical or data entry experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to walk and/or stand for extended periods of timeFlexibility to work overtime, including some weekends if neededShift Details:Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (30-minute break)Click on Apply Now to be considered for this Shipping Admin job in Pontiac, MI!Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
