Key Responsibilities:


Model store operations standards and lead shifts to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Work collaboratively with baristas to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Drive business results through effective leadership and customer service
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction


Requirements:


1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
6+ months of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
