Responsibilities Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met Manage banquet operations and coordinate with event planners to ensure successful events Assist the manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet company standardsQualifications Previous experience in food production, banquet, or hotel management is preferred Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
