MoveDocs is looking for a Servicing Associate to add to our dynamic Balance & Verifications team. This role is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with our attorney customers while executing our Balance Verification process. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to meet and exceed customer experience expectations and daily and monthly targets. Responsibilities: Works alongside our Servicing, Customer Operations, Total Access and PreCare teams building rapport, developing and fostering relationships with our attorney clients to deliver timely and accurate balance requests and final bill packages. Calculates current and final balance amounts due, provides payment amounts to the attorneys. Creates and assures the accuracy and completeness of accounts in final bill packages. Keeps attorneys updated on the status of their requests according to our follow-up cadence. Handles incoming attorney and provider calls, emails, and tasks.
