Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Configure and customize HRSD modules including:
HR Case Management
Employee Service Center
Lifecycle Events
HR Catalog & Record Producers
Knowledge Management
Develop and customize ITSM modules:
Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
Implement and manage ITOM modules:
Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Configure and maintain MID Servers, data sources, and API integrations
Develop workflows using Flow Designer and customize Service Portal / Employee Center
Create dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics KPIs
Maintain and enhance CMDB and Discovery processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills
6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Strong experience in HRSD module implementation (minimum 4+ years preferred)
Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, UI Policies)
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal, Employee Center
Experience with MID Server configuration and integrations
Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM processes
Preferred Skills
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile environments
