ServiceNow Developer with Employee Centre Experience
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the HRSD module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Service Portal, Employee Center / Employee Center Pro, and Now Assist, and be capable of leading design, development, and solutioning activities on the ServiceNow platform.Mandatory Skills & Experience:Experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow developmentExtensive experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) moduleStrong experience in:- Service Portal- Employee Centre / Employee Centre Pro- Now AssistProficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting conceptsExperience with HR workflows, case management, and employee journeysGood understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and integrations (REST/SOAP preferred)What We Offer:Opportunity to work on large-scale ServiceNow HR transformationsExposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow features like Now Assist & Employee Center ProCollaborative work environment with strong career growth opportunities
