This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Arkansas (USA) ServiceNow Developer (Customer Service Management) - Nashville, TN - REMOTE Duration: 12 months Seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) to design and deliver solutions that enhance citizen services and support digital transformation in the public sector. Key Responsibilities: • Solution Design & Development: Customize ServiceNow CSM and PSDS applications, develop workflows, and build self-service portals. • Implementation & Delivery: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions. • Integration & Support: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and provide ongoing support. • Governance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations. Skills & Qualifications: • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or PSDS modules. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integrations (REST, SOAP). • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. • Experience with Service Portal development and UI/UX customization. • 3 years of ServiceNow development experience. • Proficient in Esri JavaScript API, JavaScript, and communication skills. • Experience in Process Flow Analysis. Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. • Knowledge of public sector service delivery models.
