We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Developer:
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform following best practices.
Configure and support core IT workflows including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management).
Write efficient client-side and server-side scripts leveraging JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Maintain platform architecture integrity by ensuring solutions align with ServiceNow structural and technical standards.
Requirements:
4-5+ years of hands-on experience directly focused on ServiceNow development.
Strong technical experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management).
Strong technical experience with CSM (Customer Service Management).
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and native ServiceNow scripting.
Proven experience establishing system integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation best practices.
Languages
Advanced Oral English.
Advanced Spanish.
