We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Level Objectives (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least one year of hands-on experience in SLO.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Ā Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform.
Ā Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Ā Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
Qualifications:
Ā Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Ā Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year.
Ā Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Ā Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations.
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
