ServiceNow Backend Developer-Remote -Need 15+ years

Title: ServiceNow Backend Developer Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Backend Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, Service Desk, and Incident Management modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend development, customization, integration, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications to support enterprise IT operations. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement backend solutions within the ServiceNow platform • Configure and customize ITSM modules, including: • Incident Management • Service Desk • Problem Management • Change Management • Develop business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and workflows • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Customize Service Catalog and Service Portal components • Implement automation and orchestration workflows • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow platform issues • Work closely with IT operations and service desk teams to optimize processes • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong experience with: • ITSM module • Service Desk operations • Incident Management lifecycle • Proficiency in: • JavaScript • Glide API • ServiceNow scripting • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations • Strong understanding of ITIL framework • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow ITSM Certification • Experience with CMDB and Asset Management • Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Regards, Sai Srikar Email: Apply tot his job
