Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Location: Austin TX-REMOTE Duration: Long term Job description: Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience 5 Required SPM/PPM module implementation experience 5 Required Expert knowledge in most of ServiceNow ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management Practices 5 Required Working knowledge of ServiceNow User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email modules, etc 5 Required Architected and implemented Integrations inbound/outbound with ServiceNow using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant 3 Required Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading ServiceNow implementation activities, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced staff 7 Preferred Industry and project experience with ServiceNow 5 Preferred ServiceNow System Administrator and/or and Implementation Specialist certification 5 Preferred Technical Documentation including Technical Design, Implementation, and Configuration Plans 5 Preferred Experience implementing the Core Process Areas: User provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB 3 Preferred Some technical knowledge is highly desirable in programming e.g. Java, Javascript, SQL, etc. Apply tot his job
