ServiceNow Architect (Certified) - Kellton

We are a Global partner for ServiceNow and we staff a lot of contract requirements with them. This particular role is fast moving and long term TRAVEL: Onsite 11/2/25 week in Santa Clara, CA REQUIRED Role: SA/Tech Lead . Largely advisory but must be able to be hands on keyboard when necessary. Work in PST business hours required. Must have Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certification . Start Date: 10/19/25 End Date: 9/12/202 Hours: 720 hours total | Location: Remote + travel onsite for workshop in Santa Clara, CA week of 11/2/25 WAR: Yes Scope: Technical team lead. Largely advisory but must be able to be "hands on keyboard " when necessary. Description: Overall Technical Lead responsible for technical governance, oversight, and standards for the development team across all workstreams (Platform, ITSM and ITOM). Serves as technical authority for the ServiceNow program team Activities: -Establish, document, and enforce team development standards, data governance, and integration architecture. Participate in customer technical governance boards and design authority meetings. Facilitate solution development and research for technically challenging requirements. Advise and guide the customer in recommended practices. Interface and advise customer architects. Execute code quality assessments and review sprint health scans and recommend remediations. Act as a trusted advisor to customer senior leadership, process owners, and technical teams. Provide additional expert guidance in workshops, design reviews, and planning sessions. Certifications: Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect highly preferred. Must have broad experience with the ServiceNow platform and extensive experience with multiple large implementation programs. Hours/Week: 20.
