Role Description The Service Representative - Surgical Equipment Repair ensures operational delivery of Surgical Equipment Repair offerings to a set account base. These services include, but are not limited to: Onsite instruments Rigid endoscope Flexible endoscope Power, video and ancillary surgical device repairs They are also responsible for maintaining customer service.
