Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
You will contribute to building a robust CMDB, streamline IT operations, and support process alignment across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development/configuration of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules
Design workflows, automations, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure platform alignment with global ITSM standards and governance
Manage CMDB, discovery, and domain separation
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Troubleshoot issues and deliver scalable solutions
Required Skills & Experience
47 years ServiceNow development experience
Hands-on in Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and SLM
Strong scripting and configuration (Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs)
Experience in domain-separated environments
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ITIL Foundation preferred
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, SecOps, CSM, GRC
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC practices
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration
Success Measures
Effective deployment of ServiceNow modules and workflows
