What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage post-sale order entry process, including HSD, video, and telephone lines
- Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates
- Enter orders in software platforms and maintain contact with various teams throughout the installation process
- Create service tickets and notate CRM tools for all orders
- Manage multiple projects and escalations at different stages of completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Previous experience in the cable industry preferred
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com and Single View
- Understanding of ROI and port process
- Intermediate skill in essential software applications
