Responsibilities
Ā Open deposit accounts

Ā Prepare and process loan applications for various lending units

Ā Close loans for customers for applicable business lines
,
Ā Make referrals to other bank business lines and third-party partners
,
Ā Proactively reach out to high-value customers to retain and grow the portfolio
,
Ā Sell annuities and/or insurance products for licensed individuals
,
Ā Ensure operational compliance and adherence to policy
,
Ā Handle daily account maintenance and service issues
,
Ā Process deposits to customer accounts
,
Ā Cash checks for customers and non-customers
,
Ā Process and properly record the sale of monetary instruments
,
Ā File government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions
,
Ā Process foreign currency purchases and sales
,
Ā Process various types of loan payments and credit card cash advances
Requirements
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required
,
Ā 1-2 years of sales experience in a retail, financial services or hospitality environment preferred
,
Ā Some banking experience preferred
,
Ā Basic business acumen and professionalism
,
Ā Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly
,
Ā Ability to build relationships and strong alliances
,
Ā Ability to quickly learn all details about the products and services offered by the bank
