We are seeking energetic individuals to join our unique and fast-paced Service team to schedule appointments for our team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.If you've previously been a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent this role is for you!Compensation: Starting average hourly with bonus can average up to $22 per hour.Schedule: This is a full-time role Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and two or three Saturdays a month 7am - 2pm. When working a Saturday, you can choose to take off Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during that week, or take the overtime)What We Offer

Responsibilities
Schedule service appointments for our guests to get their vehicle needs taken care of
Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
Respond quickly to customer phone calls, texts, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
Advise on maintenance recommendations.
Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including Gmail, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
Strong customer service background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team
