Service Advisor
About the Role:Service Advisor serves as the primary liaison between shops and customers to ensure a seamless repair experience.This position demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. What You'll Do:Carefully record the customerâs concerns to generate an accurate work order.Track the status of open repair orders.Explain repair order charges to customers. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.Develop rapport and partner with shops to ensure completion of repair ordersWhat You'll Bring:A minimum of 2-3 yearsâ experience in an automotive service role. Proven track record of CSI, sales history in high volume car brands is preferred.Amazon vans experience preferred, not required Excellent verbal and math skills.
