Service Advisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor at Apple Mitsubishi in Elkton, Maryland. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while also driving sales and generating revenue for the dealership. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a base salary plus commission structure that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:
ā¢ Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
ā¢ Listen to customer concerns and accurately record them in our system
ā¢ Educate customers on products and services offered by Apple Mitsubishi
ā¢ Promote and sell additional products and services to meet sales goals
ā¢ Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule for technicians
ā¢ Provide estimates for repair costs and gain customer approvals
ā¢ Monitor progress of services and communicate updates to customers
ā¢ Work with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
ā¢ Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
ā¢ Maintain knowledge of new products, features, and accessories
ā¢ Keep the service area clean and organized
Requirements:
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
ā¢ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
ā¢ Knowledge of automotive industry and terminology
ā¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Proficient in computer systems and software
ā¢ Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
ā¢ Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
ā¢ Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
