Service Administrative Coordinator

Apply today if this sounds like a role you'd be a good fit for! Responsibilities: Work with Project Managers to understand project scope and client expectations. Assist Project Managers with keeping projects on track with clients and vendors. Collect documents from vendors and distribute them to 3 rd party providers. Liaise with clients and contractors to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, status, and reports. Support internal NV5 project controls and performance by maintaining and saving project files, including documents/correspondence to internal drives, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Qualifications: Required Skills and Experience Strong written/verbal communication skills. Customer service is #1 Minimum one to two years of demonstrated experience in a related work position. Proficient with MS Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a collaborative team environment. Excellent organization and time management while working remotely. Discretion in dealing with clients and the internal team, including but not limited to basic contractual agreements, confidentiality clauses, and with special attention to sensitivity on a project-to-project basis. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience as an office administrator and/or project coordinator for a firm in the service industry. Experience or education in commercial real estate is preferred but not necessary. Experience writing business correspondence internally and externally Experience with Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF. The pay range for this position is $21.00- $29.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
