Server, Waiters and Waitresses
Hulu Skewer House is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team. We are searching for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who are highly motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
Your Role with Us:
ā¢ Offer exceptional hospitality to each guest that walks through our doors. Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders while consistently using suggestive selling techniques.
ā¢ Act as a Brand Ambassador, engaging the guest about our concepts & grilling techniques, and inviting them back again for Special Events and Catering experiences.
ā¢ Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment.
ā¢ Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate.
ā¢ Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately; all Servers are food runners for their own table.
ā¢ Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete.
ā¢ Complete all side work necessary at the end of every shift.
ā¢ Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience.
We Are Looking for Candidates:
ā¢ With Server experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment preferred, but not required. In depth training provided.
ā¢ Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.
ā¢ Who are experienced in service, exhibit salesmanship, enjoy a fast-paced team environment, and thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences.
ā¢ Who are fluent in English.
ā¢ With open flexibility to work various shifts.
