Parker Hospitality will be conducting OPEN INTERVIEWS for our new location The Hampton Social Dallas. Were looking for seasoned hospitality professionals with a love for hospitality.
Ā Date: February 24th to the 28th
Ā Days: Monday through Friday
Ā Time: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Ā Location: Interviews will be conducted at The Hampton Social located at 1520 Main St Dallas, TX 75201
When coming for your interview, please bring two forms of valid identification, valid food handler's certificate and TABC certificate
Summary of Position:
As a server with Parker Hospitality, you will be focused on providing excellent customer service and a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for knowing our complete food menu as well as our wine and cocktail offerings as well. We are a high volume venue and are seeking spirited servers that are focused on providing excellent service delivered with a personalized style

Essential Functions:
Ā Working knowledge of all food and beverages
Ā Answer and assist guests with any questions about menus
Ā Follows all PH processes for exceptional customer service
Ā Ensures orders are repeated and then entered correctly in POS
Ā Make sure to follow all side work procedures and set forth
Ā Ensure good table maintenance
Ā Follow all side work checklists as designated by company
Ā Process all payments promptly and accurately
Ā Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Accept direction and constructive criticism from management.
Ā Be able to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends and increased work schedules.
Ā Maintain a positive, pleasant attitude every shift.
Ā Must be able to stand or walk for the majority of a shift.
Ā Must be able to work at approximately 36 table/bar and reach 36.
Ā Must be able to lift and carry sacks, boxes, product up to 50 pounds from floor to waist level, approximately 20 feet.
Ā Must be able to reach (6 to overhead), bend, stoop, wipe.
Ā Must be willing to perform other duties assigned as needed.
Desired Qualifications:
Ā Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ā Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurants trading area.
Ā High School Diploma or GED
Ā Previous server experience in a high volume location preferred
Ā Demonstrates an outgoing personality and ability to interact with coworkers in a friendly and respectful way.
General Rules:
Ā Get along with others and be a team player.
Ā Follow all uniform and appearance guidelines as befitting the image of the restaurant for the duration of the shift.
Ā Refrain from smoking for the duration of the shift.
Ā Arrive to work on time and in ready to work condition.
Ā Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Ā May not work under the influence of alcohol or any illegal drugs.
Ā May not resort to any type of violence, discriminatory or harassing behavior.
Ā Must successfully pass a drug and alcohol test within 90 days of hire date, where applicable.
