Virtual Coworker is hiring an SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our organic growth strategy.
This is not a "publish blogs and hope" role.
We want someone who understands search intent, conversion psychology, authority building, and how SEO fits into a larger growth engine.

What You'll Own:
ā¢ End-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
ā¢ Authority building & backlink acquisition
ā¢ Content roadmap aligned to commercial intent
ā¢ SEO-driven CRO improvements
ā¢ Competitor & SERP gap analysis
ā¢ Scaling organic traffic that actually converts
ā¢ You won't just "optimise pages."
ā¢ You'll build a growth asset.

ā¢ Understand high-ticket lead generation
ā¢ Think commercially, not just technically
What Success Looks Like:
ā¢ Higher quality inbound leads
ā¢ Improved keyword rankings in commercial terms
ā¢ Stronger domain authority
ā¢ SEO that supports brand positioning - not generic traffic
Skill Set
ā¢ Must be able to demonstrate an example and easily articulate a time where they have built, owned and executed an SEO strategy. ā¢ 5+ years SEO experience (agency or in-house at scale) ā¢ Proven track record growing competitive keywords ā¢ Deep technical SEO knowledge (site architecture, schema, CWV, indexing) ā¢ Strong understanding of search intent & buyer psychology ā¢ Experience in international SEO (AU/US/UK markets ideal) ā¢ Data-driven decision maker (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.) ā¢ This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
