ā¢ This position is essential to support the agency's growing digital marketing operations, specifically in managing paid advertising campaigns and SEO initiatives for their diverse client base. The role combines hands-on campaign management with detail-oriented SEO tasks, requiring someone who can maintain high standards of execution while following specific protocols and instructions.
ā¢ Tasks List
ā¢ Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Management
ā¢ Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
ā¢ Execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies
ā¢ Handle LinkedIn Ads campaigns
ā¢ Assist in developing advertising strategies
ā¢ Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
ā¢ Execute SEO tasks following detailed instructions
ā¢ Perform administrative SEO-related activities
ā¢ Follow specific protocols for repetitive optimization tasks
ā¢ Campaign Analysis & Reporting
ā¢ Monitor campaign performance across platforms
ā¢ Follow detailed reporting procedures
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation of activities
ā¢ Administrative Support
ā¢ Assist team members with various tasks
ā¢ Follow established processes and procedures
ā¢ Maintain organized records of work completed
ā¢ Requirements
ā¢ Proven experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions with high accuracy
ā¢ Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and best practices
ā¢ Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices
ā¢ Excellent English communication skills
ā¢ Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
ā¢ Ability to work independently while following established procedures
ā¢ Professional attitude with good time management skills
ā¢ WFH Set-Up:
ā¢ Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, and up.
ā¢ Internet speed of at least 40 MBPS
ā¢ Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
ā¢ Back-up computer and internet connection
ā¢ Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
What to expect...
ā¢ Work Setup:
ā¢ Remote position
ā¢ Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
ā¢ Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
ā¢ Working Hours:
ā¢ Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
ā¢ 40 hours a week
ā¢ Compensation:
