Our team thrives on data-driven strategies, creativity, and collaboration. Role Overview The SEO Project Manager ensures the smooth execution of SEO strategies developed by the Head of SEO. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts. You will be responsible for tracking SEO project deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency. Your work will directly impact the success of SEO initiatives for both the company and its clients. Who You Are Have 3+ years of project management experience , preferably within SEO or digital marketing teams. Highly organized and detail-oriented , ensuring all moving parts of SEO projects are well-tracked. Can take ownership of tasks , ensuring deadlines are met and execution stays on track. An excellent communicator , keeping stakeholders informed while proactively solving issues. Enjoy collaborating with content, outreach, and technical SEO teams to drive results. Comfortable with project management tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Slack . Have experience working with international remote teams . Key Responsibilities Project Management & Execution Oversee SEO project workflows , ensuring all deliverables are completed on time. Track deadlines and proactively address bottlenecks in execution. Work closely with SEO specialists (content, outreach, technical) to ensure smooth implementation . Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and minimize project delays . Tracking & Reporting Monitor project progress and provide updates to SEO leadership. Maintain accurate records of SEO initiatives and their status. Assist in compiling SEO performance reports . Communication & Team Coordination Ensure seamless communication between the SEO team, Head of SEO, and other departments. Escalate issues to SEO leadership when necessary. Support the onboarding and training of new SEO team members as needed. Reporting Structure: Reports to Head of SEO, working closely with the SEO Strategist This role is critical to improving operational efficiency within the SEO team, allowing the Head of SEO to focus on strategic initiatives.
