What you'll do
ā¢ Own SEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of mental health and wellness clients
ā¢ Run technical audits and translate findings into clear, prioritized roadmaps
ā¢ Be the credible voice in client conversations ā strategic, not just tactical
ā¢ Work directly with the founder; no bureaucracy, no fluff

ā¢ 5+ years in SEO, with meaningful in-house startup experience
ā¢ Comfortable with technical SEO fundamentals and audits
ā¢ Strong communicator who can hold their own with founders and clients
