SEO Expert Needed for Ranking Drop Diagnosis & Real Estate Content Strategy
Seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with strong proficiency in SEMrush and Google Search Console to help diagnose ranking drops, strengthen our organic visibility, and build a long term content and authority strategy.
You will be working directly with our existing web admin, who manages site updates, technical changes, and content publishing. Your role is to provide expert analysis, strategy, and direction.
Our website focuses on Naples, Florida golf real estate, and we need someone who understands how to optimize golf course real estate landing pages and listings for maximum search performance.
Responsibilities:
•Diagnose ranking drops using SEMrush + Google Search Console
• Perform a full technical SEO audit (indexing, crawlability, internal linking, schema, etc.)
• Troubleshooting Google Maps API integration
• Collaborate with our web admin to implement fixes and improvements
• Build a content strategy for:
o Local real estate landing pages
o Community guides
o Golf course reviews
o Neighborhood pages
• Develop a high authority backlink strategy (white hat only)
• Strengthen topical authority for Naples golf real estate
• Provide ongoing SEO recommendations and reporting
Requirements:
• 3+ years of technical SEO experience
• Strong proficiency with SEMrush and Google Search Console
• Experience diagnosing ranking drops and algorithmic impacts
• Real estate SEO or local SEO experience (preferred)
• Understanding of Google Maps API challenges
• Understanding of RoverIDX/MLS SEO challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively with our web admin
• Clear communication and reporting skills
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with AI search optimization (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, etc.)
• Link building outreach experience
