As our business continues to scale, we’re looking for a results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team and take our digital presence to the next level.
Position Summary
As the SEO & Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive customer engagement. This is a full-time, in-house position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct keyword research and SEO audits
• Optimize website content, meta data, structure, and internal linking
• Execute link-building and outreach strategies
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Collaborate with content writers and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, flows, and promotions
• Prepare regular reports on SEO KPIs, traffic trends, and campaign performance
• Keep up-to-date with SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
• Support social media and content marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements
• 2+ years of SEO and digital marketing experience (preferably in an eCommerce environment)
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, Google ranking factors, and best practices
• Proficient with SEO and analytics tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content formatting
• Familiar with email marketing platforms (omnisend, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be available to work on-site in Burbank, CA (this is not a remote position)
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
• Experience with Woocommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Experience creating content or managing social media accounts
