SEO Consultant — Review Our Service Framework, Strategy & Client Proposals
We're a small web development studio that typically builds websites for clients. One of our clients — Cutwater Global, a DeFi protocol offering delta-neutral stablecoin yield — asked us to expand our scope and handle their SEO strategy. We've drafted a full SEO proposal and want a senior SEO consultant to review it before we deliver to the client.
We need your senior review across four areas:
1. SEO STRATEGY APPROACH
We've outlined our overall approach for this client — content pillars, technical setup, link building, AI search optimization. Review whether the approach fits the business and the niche.
2. KEYWORD STRATEGY
We've researched and selected 50 tracked keywords across money targets, informational long-tail, brand, and competitor comparison. Pressure-test the selection. Are we missing anything? Are the KD vs volume vs intent tradeoffs reasonable? Did we drop the wrong ones?
3. TACTICAL PLAN
Our proposal also covers technical SEO, off-page / link building, local SEO considerations, GEO (AI search / query fan-out), and E-E-A-T. Flag anything we've missed, done wrong, or overweighted.
4. FINAL PROPOSAL REVIEW
Read the full proposal document end-to-end and give us written feedback before we deliver to the client. Google Docs comments preferred.
INDUSTRY CONTEXT
The client is in DeFi / crypto finance. Familiarity with this niche is a plus but not required — we can brief you on the vertical. What matters most is your general SEO expertise and ability to evaluate strategy critically.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 7+ years hands-on SEO experience across multiple industries
• Comfortable reviewing written strategy documents (this is an oversight engagement, not hands-on execution)
• Familiar with modern SEO — Google AI Overviews, query fan-out, entity optimization, FAQPage schema, E-E-A-T
• Strong opinions, willing to disagree and explain why
• Specific, actionable feedback — no generic advice
ENGAGEMENT
• Hourly contract, $40/hour
• Estimated 10–20 hours total across the four review areas
• Reviews delivered as written comments (Google Docs comments preferred)
• Timeline: 1–2 weeks
• If the review quality is strong, we may extend the engagement for future SEO work as we take on more clients

You give us the critique we can't give ourselves. Your review catches things we missed and tells us where we're off-base. We want a pair of senior eyes on this before we commit to delivery.
