You may be ready to join us.Job DescriptionEngage with business stakeholders to understand their quality management needs and translate them into SAP QM solutionsDesign and configure SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and controlLead the end-to-end implementation of SAP QM, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live supportEnsure seamless integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, and SD, as well as with non-SAP systemsProvide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and usabilityPrepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user manualsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on best practices and innovations in SAP QMMentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectivesQualifications8+ years of experience with SAP QM implementation and configurationStrong understanding of SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and controlFamiliarity with integration points between SAP QM and other modules such as MM, PP, and SD.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detailEffective communication and client collaboration skillsGood English skills both in written and spokenExperience with SAP project lifecycle phases, including blueprinting, testing, and go-liveAbility to lead and mentor junior team membersAdditional InformationKnowledge of German language is considered an advantage.
